A never ending debate. What does China say?

Who should put the money on the table?♻️
As COP29 draws to a close, the pivotal question remains: who should finance global climate initiatives? Did we have actual results out of it?
Well, countries are debating about lots of issues.
And regarding who should put the money, at the heart of the debate lies the classification of nations into "developed" and "developing" categories—a framework established decades ago that no longer reflects the complexities of today’s global economy.
Countries like China, now a leading global economic power and the largest emitter of greenhouse gases, are at the center of this debate.
Why? Because it is the nation that has seen the most outstanding growth in human history.
